Grant Application

Ulverscroft camera club are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a grant from the East Midlands Airport (EMA) community fund to allow them to upgrade ageing equipment. 

The EMA fund awards grants to local clubs and charities, and in this case, the much needed funds has been used to pay for a new laptop. 

On learning about the award. UCC chairman Malcolm Heaven was quick to thank everybody involved in securing the grant for the club commenting … “The EMA community fund has been in existence for a number of years, and we are delighted to receive a generous grant from this funding body that provides financial support to worthy local causes and charities. The new laptop has been set up with the necessary software to support club activities and is ready for the start of the new season in September. In that respect this timely award will be put to great use straight away."
