Club Event - Birds Of Prey Workshop

This weekend members had the incredible opportunity to visit a local farm for a special day of photographing birds of prey and reptiles. The setting was perfect, with wide open fields and dedicated areas for the animals, allowing us to capture stunning shots we wouldn’t normally have access to. From stunning owls gliding through the air, to the intricate details of snakes and lizards up close, members got to try out new techniques, share tips, and push their skills to the next level. It was a real thrill to witness these creatures in such an intimate setting, and everyone walked away with fantastic images.

The day was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of shared learning moments. Whether it was experimenting with new lenses, trying out different angles, or getting advice from fellow photographers, it was clear that this trip was about more than just the photography. We wrapped up the day with a relaxed drink at a nearby pub, where we could unwind, chat about our experiences, and plan our next adventure. It was the perfect end to a fabulous day out, and we can’t wait for the next opportunity to capture something new together!
